We are so excited and we are so grateful that now Turmeric essential oil is available at the doTERRA's CPTG Certified Pure Therapeutic Grade® quality!
("Not all essential oils are created equally."  To receive medicinal benefits, make sure to choose therapeutic grade essential oils. <Learn More> )

And then, now, I can make my Golden Milk with doTERRA's Turmeric essential oil and Pink Pepper essential oil without making a mess (No more turmeric stains)! ;) I am also adding a beautiful aroma that’s warm, spicy, earthy and woody.

A warm cup of golden milk is so soothing, and perfect for bedtime as well as you can enjoy this in the morning in pace of a cup of latte. Turmeric offers so many medicinal properties, and a drop of Turmeric essential oil is so much potent than dried ground turmeric. We want to strengthen our immune system for the cold months ahead of us. Turmeric is a great staple for your daily health routine and, when taken internally, promotes a positive immune function and response.*

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1 drop of each doTERRA's Turmeric essential oil and Pink Pepper essential oil
  • Optional additions: local honey if you want to sweeten it. Ground turmeric, ground cinnamon, ground black pepper as garnish on the top.
Directions:
  1. Warm up almond milk in a small saucepan on low heat without boiling.
  2. Remove the saucepan from heat, and add 1 drop of each doTERRA's Turmeric essential oil and Pink Pepper essential oil.
  3. Mix well (You can use a  milk frother to create the beautiful creamy foam).
  4. Enjoy!

The pink peppercorn, while similar in appearance to black peppercorn apart from the color, is closely related to cashews. Indigenous populations used all parts of the tree, including the pink peppercorn fruit, as herbal solutions to health needs. Pink Pepper essential oil is well known for its ability to help support a healthy metabolism and immune system when taken internally.*

Pink Pepper may also help the body maintain healthy cellular function and overall cellular health.* Limonene and α-Phellandrene, two of the main chemical components of Pink Pepper essential oil, may be calming to the nervous system.* Additionally, Limonene may help support healthy blood sugar and cholesterol levels already in the normal range when taken internally.*
