All-levels Svaroopa® Yoga: Forward Bends Theme ("Heart Openers")
We focus on forward bends poses that promote a feeling of surrender, serenity, letting go & inner peace. Forward bends poses gently melt your heart and release the tensions in your neck & shoulders. You will learn the effortlessness in each pose and discover the surrender in the midst of the effort!
Wednesdays, 10am-11:30am & 6pm-7:30pm (Starts on July 5)
Thursdays, 10am-11:30am (Starts on July 6)
Sundays, 2pm-3:30pm (Starts on July 9)

Opening up my body is possible & no turning back!
Getting my hands dirty, smelling and feeling the earth between my fingers has been part of me since a little girl. I love to garden. I have not been able to garden very much for the past 2 years and felt sad. Taking "Svaroopa® Yoga with Ryoko" has made be able to bend down and kiss the earth again...With a sprinkle of determination, daily home practice, group and private classes with Ryoko has shown me that opening up my body is possible.
