Intense JOY & more energy: I had been into meditation off and on, but I never got much from whatever I was doing (usually just noticing the breath, doing guided meditations, etc) more than a general feeling of relaxation, which is, of course, helpful. The first of the 3 meetings, when we meditated, I felt such intense JOY! I couldn't stop smiling, and my body started rocking back and forth on its own for a few minutes.
