Please join us our FREE meditation program (featuring chanting and meditation as well as a discourse on the principles of spiritual life and practice) that is offered right after Self-Care Healing Class. Meditating, especially after the Special Spinal Opening Sequence, allows you to sit more comfortably and experience a much deeper opening which connects you to inner knowing and more!
Ryoko will assist you on how to sit comfortably by teaching you Svaroopa® yoga Seated Positions using the correct props. You can choose to sit either on chairs or blankets. Let's bring the power of our consciousness together!
SATSANG means "in the company of the truth." It is the practice of coming together to meditate or study the ancient yogic teachings passed down through the ages. Learn from the ancient sages and how to apply their insights to our modern life, while developing your ability to look more deeply and profoundly inward, to the source of your own Being.
Everyone is welcome as a way of continuing and deepening your meditation and spiritual practice.
