A practice for people who are ready to stop bracing and finally breathe.

The tightness didn't arrive overnight. It built slowly through stress, through pushing through, through years of ignoring what your body kept trying to say.

It shows up as exhaustion that sleep doesn't fix. As tension you've simply learned to live with. As a feeling of being disconnected from the person you used to be.

This is not a typical yoga class

No fast flows. No forcing. No trying to keep up with anyone. Align Your Spine is a therapeutic practice rooted in spinal decompression, nervous system regulation, and whole-person healing, releasing the layers of tension held in your core, your spine, and the deeper places where stress lives.

Core opening is more than physical. When tension releases in the spine, something else moves too. Stress, stored emotion, the patterns that have kept you contracted. Students often describe it as the first full breath they've taken in years.
WHAT HAPPENS IN A SESSION
Gentle, supported poses using blankets, blocks, and chairs. Precise angles. Slow breath. Nothing that asks more from you than you have.
WHAT BEGINS TO SHIFT
Spine and nervous system. Hormones and metabolism. Emotional weight. Old patterns. The quiet accumulation of years.
WHY THIS REACHES FURTHER THAN YOU EXPECT

Your spine is talking to your hormones. Constantly.

Your spine is not just a stack of bones. It's the main highway for nerve signals between your brain and every gland in your body. Your thyroid. Your adrenals. Your reproductive system. Your metabolism. When that highway gets compressed, the signals get scrambled and your body quietly starts to struggle in ways that have nothing to do with willpower or trying harder.
