For New Mom

PRENATAL YOGA:
Prenatal yoga practice will deepen your awareness of physical and mental changes, which occur during your pregnancy, help alleviate the common discomforts (nausea, constipation, varicose veins, swelling, back pain and sciatica), and prepare you for the life-changing events of birth and parenting. Our class is conducted in a calm, safe, peaceful, and supportive environment, which allows you to discuss any pregnancy-related issues and concerns, and to connect with other pregnant women. Prenatal yoga poses are designed to help strengthen your body and mind, improve circulation, create more space between your rib cage and your abdomen for your comfort and the baby’s, enhance the mother-baby bond, and relax and restore your body and mind. You will also learn conscious breathing techniques, self/partner massage techniques, and active birth positions for labor.
*Open to all women, especially for those who are in their 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy, or who are trying to conceive.
* Private /Semi-private lesson only - Schedule your appointment for your session or prenatal massage

One-on-one instruction for a deeper focus on your individual needs. Great for the student ready for a daily home practice or those with special needs.
