Specifically designed so you can use what you already have at home for support and you can open up your spine efficiently.
*The cost for Sunday class is donation-based, but space is limited. If you are unable to attend for some reason, please reschedule through ACUITY SCHEDULING's Confirmation email (scheduling@acuityscheduling.com) that you received at least 2-hr in advance so that others on the waiting list can get on, otherwise, you will be charged a $10 no-show.

*50% of Sunday class donations will be donated to different non-profit organizations.
